New Photography Contest Offers $3,300 in Cash Prizes

09/03/2018

Did you capture that perfect outdoor photo this summer?  We’ve partnered with Pursue Pictures, a platform for new and professional photographers, to help them find pictures that capture the breadth of Earth’s natural wonders with a new contest called The Great Outdoors. The winning image will receive $2,500 and be featured in the Pursue Pictures online photo gallery. Second and Third Place winners will receive $500 and $300, respectively, along with a gallery feature of their winning photo.

The Great Outdoors follows the People and Places contest launched by Pursue Pictures earlier this summer, where photographers were asked to submit photography inspired by people and/or the places they visit. Congratulations to Mark Levitin for submitting the winning People and Places photo (and winning the $2,500 cash prize) for his photo of a Tanah Datar bull race.

Take a peek at all of the People and Places winners and honorable mentions here. All winners will be featured in Pursue Picture’s online gallery and the entries are eligible for consideration in the Pursue Pictures Annual 10K Award.

Great Outdoors submissions will be accepted through September 30, 2018. The contest is open to anyone 18 years and older. To view contest rules, regulations, and prize details visit pursuepictures.com.
